Temporary Pick Up Parking Spaces
Bethlehem Parking Authority procedures during COVID-19 Crisis
The BPA Offices will be closed to customers and visitors beginning 3/18/2020 until further notice. We will evaluate this closure periodically and reopen when it is determined that it is safe to do so. Please check back to this page to keep up to date on our status. This measure is being taken to keep our customers and Team Members safe by limiting close contact.
Fortunately, several of our walk-in services can be performed remotely. In the event you cannot perform your desired service on our website, BPA Team Members are available during business hours, 8:30am-4pm MON-FRI by phone (610) 865-7123 and email email@example.com to assist.
During this time, we will continue to operate to provide the essential services to maintain on-street and off-street parking for our residents and customers. Parking ordinances are still in effect and will be enforced to ensure safety and quality of life standards are not ignored during this current crisis. Additionally, we have stepped up our extensive cleaning procedures that are in place to help protect against the spread of germs. Our team members have been and will continue to conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment and surfaces using disinfectant cleaning supplies.
We would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and understanding during this time.
Two ways to Pay with MobileNOW! APP
Existing customers love using the MobileNOW! app to conveniently pay for parking. Some were reluctant to use the app because it required you to pre-load $20 in a mobile wallet account. We heard those concerns and we are happy to announce that you can now use the MobileNOW! app without the preloaded wallet and Pay As You Go (PAYG). This is great for infrequent visitors or those that want to try MobileNOW! but aren’t sure they will use $20 worth of parking. Simply download the free app and PAYG. There is a slight increase in the convenience fee for PAYG so frequent parkers may continue to use the Prepaid Mobile Wallet option and save money on every MobileNOW! transaction.
