$125 monthly rate for Six (6) Months

$100 monthly rate for Continuous Run of Advertisement to exceed Six (6) Months

1. Merchant agrees to participate in the BPA’s Frame Space Advertising Program and to comply with all the rules and regulations adopted by the BPA pertaining thereto.
2. Merchant will provide the BPA seven (7) glossy hard copies of the advertisement to be used in the elevators “as is”. Said advertisement is to fit into an 8 1⁄2” by 11” frame.
3. BPA will place advertisement in seven (7) elevators (3 in the Walnut Street Garage, 2 in the North Street Garage and 2 in the S. New Street Garage) according to the dates agreed upon in the contract.
4. Merchant will prepay when signing contract.
